Colonial Grill: A Restaurant's Product Innovation

Bikol is known for both "laing" and "sili". Laing is usually served as an entrée made from gabi leaves and coconut milk. Sili of course is a universally known spice.
 
To give a twist to dessert tasting experience, a local restaurant named Colonial Grill developed a kind of ice cream savored with local flavors with laing and sili as the most popular. These are must-taste when you visit Bikol.
