Intramuros is a cultural center and within it is nestled an art gallery being managed by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.
What drew me to arts was what Steve Jobs said, “It is in Apple’s DNA that technology alone is not enough - it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.”
When I visited the NCCA Gallery, they have the following art works on exhibit.
Arts is useful in many facets. In fact, there are certain groups who would use paintings in leadership development trainings and there are also those who would use it for healing. Whatever your purpose for art appreciation beyond the academic realms, the NCCA Gallery is worth a visit.
