Lydia's Lechon: Seasoned Lechon House

Lydia's Lechon is a famous seller of Lechon since 1965. The lechon they roast is tasty especially with the delicious lechon sauce.

Frontage of the restaurant along Roxas Boulevard in Parañaque.

The restaurant already has beautiful interiors and has touristy ambiance.

Lydia's Lechon has a nice ambiance inside its restaurant.

The part of the restaurant that I like most is this food glass display which is reminiscent of the Filipino style of dining called turo-turo.

You can choose your order from this food glass display.

You cannot see there chops of lechon. You have to inform the waiter that you will order lechon. And of course, the restaurant offers "pasalubong," or presents which is typical of Filipino culture.

The evolution of Lydia's Lechon to what it is now is a reflection of excellent business acumen and food taste of its owners. They can certainly sustain it for a long time to give joy to their customers.
